suggestion

I placed an order (#5211) online before Christmas to be shipped to my mother as a gift. She has already received it, but I wondered if you usually include any sort of invoice or packing slip in each shipment. When she received the order, it was simply alone in a large box. As a result, she began calling friends and family to see if anyone had sent it to her or if she had received it in error. If this is not standard procedure, I would like to suggest including such info when shipments are made. She is very happy with her gift, and we will certainly order from you in the future!
