Fireplace set
This was purchased as a gift for Christmas. Since that day has not yet arrived, I can only comment on the service I received--which was excellent. The set came much sooner than I anticipated, well packaged--not to mention very heavy!!!--and I am very sure it will get a 5 start rave from the recipient.

Well worth the wait - Love it
Beautifully constructed, easy to assemble, I love our new hearth center. Size and fit are as they appeared on the site and quality is top notch. I had some trouble with the order as it was delayed repeatedly due to backorder. The team at TWI took care of things (with some prompting from me) and then gave me a bit of a discount for the trouble. All is good and I'm very happy with the purchase.
