My overall experience was absolutely terrible. The company strung me along for 6 months telling me that the set I had ordered for Christmas would be “coming soon” and it never did. I finally had to contact them to ask for a refund - which I eventually received, but overall I would say DO NOT order from this company. They NEVER proactively contacted me. I had to continually call to ask about the status of my order. If I hadn’t asked for a refund, I have no doubt I’d still be waiting for my fireplace set and they’d still have my money. Awful experience. Do not order products from this company.

Do not buy from this company

I am not sure I’ve ever been more frustrated with an attempted purchase in my life. After waiting several months, I never received these. I asked for my order to be canceled several times probably at least eight, and I never received confirmation, and I never received my money back.
