Has my order shipped?
To find out if your order has shipped please click the "My Account > Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check on the status of your order.
Reminder: Each individual product page lists the current "lead time and availability" of that product. Hand-made, or made to order furniture and decor can take longer to ship because it is hand-made after you place your order. Every few weeks we email updates on your orders status and let you know when the item(s) are scheduled to be completed and shipped base on the shops estimate at that time.
IMPORTANT: If you opted to checkout anonymously you will not be able to log into your anonymous account and check your anonymous order status. If you create an account after your anonymous order your new account will not show the anonymous order you placed with us previously. To track anonymous orders you must email us directly from the order confirmation email you received after you placed your order. If you want full control and visibility of your order online it is always recommended to set up an account with us during the order process.
