My order never arrived...

Don't panic, if you have a receipt / invoice your going to be just fine. 1st - Please make sure you didn't order something that was hand-made and just takes some time to build and ship. How do I know if its Hand-Made? Check your receipt/invoice and then check the items, each individual product page lists the current "lead time and availability" of that product. Every 2 weeks we email updates on your orders status and let you know when the item(s) are scheduled to be completed and shipped base on the shops estimate at that time.

2nd - If you ordered something that should have already shipped and you did not get a backorder notification please click on My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance (800) 957-1178
