Be careful- Not as advertised

The carpet pictured that I purchased was a completely different product. It was tan with flecks of color in it. The one I received was a different color tan with no flecks of color in it. I also ordered and paid for a mat to go under the carpet as it was offered with the product but it was not sent. I contacted timeless wrought iron and they told me the mat has been discontinued yet they still advertised it and took my money. I pointed out the difference in the carpet advertised and ordered vs. the one received and they gave me a hard time. I had to prove it to them. They made excuses that it’s a manufacturing variance then finally, with the irrefutable photo proof I presented, they stopped protesting. They never asked if I wanted to keep the product they sent or not and made no offer to rectify the situation. I had to suggest they make a gesture for this discrepancy and they begrudgingly gave me $10 refund. Be wary of this company.
